When you move out of your rented property you are normally required to have an end of tenancy clean by a professional cleaning company (please refer to your Tenancy Agreement, your Inventory/Check-in report and Landlord/Managing Agent if you are unsure if this is required).

With many years of experience of the check-out process we know exactly what standard is expected, not only due to our combined 25 + years of cleaning experience but also as one of our proactive Directors is a long standing Independent Inventory Clerk who inspects our end of tenancy cleaning teams work prior to the keys being returned!
All our end of tenancy cleaners are fully trained, friendly and efficient, making your move-out process and gaining your tenancy deposit much easier.
If you have been supplied with a professional Inventory/Check-in report for your Tenancy and can supply us with a copy, then we are more than happy to read through it so we have a clear picture of the standard of cleanliness at the start of your Tenancy.
Our work is guaranteed to ensure you total peace of mind i.e. if in the unlikely event your Inventory Clerk, Landlord or Management Agent is not satisfied with the cleaning then we will return on request.
We use the recognised best professional cleaning equipment and products.
We provide several packages, e.g. carpet and a general clean throughout combined has a discounted rate.

HELPFUL INFORMATION

Please consider that if your Tenancy Agreement requires you to have the carpets professionally cleaned at the end of your tenancy but clean the carpet yourself with a hired machine then this does not pass at check-out as professionally cleaned. Most Inventory Clerks will request a copy of your professional cleaning receipt to include in the check-out report.
 

END OF TENANCY CLEANS INCLUDE:

Outside:

  •  Exterior window cleaning on request
  •  Porch ceilings, woodwork & walls de cobwebbed
  •  Porch floors swept and mopped if suitable
  •  Garage doors, further house exterior doors, frames & thresholds cleaned
  •  Lights cleaned to the exteriors (inside of light fittings can be cleaned on request and only if easily accessible)
 

Inside - Thorough Clean Throughout Including:

  •  Carpet & Rug Cleaning on request
  •  Upholstery Cleaning on request
  •  Venetian & roller blinds are cleaned. Curtains and further blinds are vacuumed
  •  All carpets are vacuumed
  •  All hard flooring is vacuumed and cleaned
  •  Hard flooring can be polished on request
  •  Remove any cobwebs
  •  All woodwork is cleaned (skirting, doors, door frames/architraves, exteriors of loft hatches, window frames, picture rails, dado rails, banisters/newel posts/spindles/hand-rails)
  •  All interior glazing/windows, handles, frames & sills are cleaned
  •  All lights are cleaned
  •  All radiators/heaters
  •  All switches & sockets are cleaned
  •  All curtain poles, finials & brackets are cleaned
  •  All shelving, fitted units/wardrobes, mirrors are cleaned
  •  All furniture (upholstery is not cleaned unless requested and quoted for)
 

Kitchens & Utility Rooms:

  •  As the above list plus thorough clean to the following
  •  All cupboards are cleaned on top, inside, underside, fronts, handles, hinges & plinths
  •  All appliances are cleaned. Freezers will be defrosted if required
  •  Tiles
  •  Worktops
  •  Sinks & fittings. De scaling where required
  •  Wall paintwork can be cleaned if the paintwork is washable only
 

Bathrooms & Shower Rooms & Seperate WCs:

  •  As the above list plus thorough clean to the following
  •  De scaling throughout where required
  •  All sanitary ware is cleaned
  •  All cupboards, fixtures & fittings are cleaned
  •  Extractor vents are cleaned
  •  All tiles

Important Please Read

  •  The Client is to ensure that there is hot, running water and electricity in order for the cleaning to be carried out
  •  All Clients items, including rubbish and food should be removed prior to our arrival
  •  Unless the customer has requested and has been quoted for the cleaning of curtains, carpets, upholstery, cutlery, utensils, pans, crockery, glassware, ceiling and wall paintwork, they will not be included in the End of Tenancy Clean
