Our Carpet Cleaning Guarantee – if you are not totally satisfied then we will return.
Lets Go Cleaning Ltd cannot guarantee that all stains will be removed, there are some types of carpet, upholstery and stains that will marry very well together and no amount of cleaning will remove the stain. Also, if a stain has been incorrectly treated prior to Lets Go Cleaning Ltd carrying out any cleaning then this may have resulted in the stain becoming permanent.
Whilst we will always endeavour to do our very best to clean your carpets and upholstery, we will not be held responsible for ineffective removal of stubborn stains or old stains that reappear during cleaning or at any time after a clean has been performed.
